We are here to help you better understand how our credit process works…
Taking a credit comes with important questions, especially when it comes to eligibility, repayment, verification and the application process. At Relar Capital, we believe that clarity is important, so you know exactly what to expect before applying.
Our FAQ section provides answers to common questions about our loans, eligibility, interest rates, repayment, verification and disbursement.
As a first time borrower, you can apply for up to ₦800,000, subject to our assessment and approval process. As you build a successful borrowing history with us, your borrowing limit can increase, with eligible returning customers able to access up to ₦3 million.
Your future borrowing limit will depend on your repayment history, application details and our assessment at the time of each application.
Our interest rate is 1% per month, which we believe is one of the more competitive rates available to borrowers. There are no hidden charges. The applicable interest and total repayment amount will be clearly communicated to you before your loan is approved, so you know exactly what you are expected to repay.
You have up to 12 months before repayment begins, giving you time to plan your repayment.
As part of our verification process, applicants are required to obtain a background check document from an independent third party. This helps us ascertain whether an applicant has a criminal history and supports our assessment and compliance process.
We do not provide loans to applicants with a criminal background, fraudulent or unverifiable information, or applicants who do not meet our lending and verification requirements. Each application is assessed individually before a lending decision is made.
Once your loan has been approved, funds will be disbursed within 20 minutes. We have structured the process to make access to approved funds as quick and straightforward as possible.
No. We do not request access to your phone contacts, and we will never call people in your phonebook about your loan.
We are a properly structured lending company and do not engage in harassment, threats, public embarrassment or inappropriate contact with third parties. If you experience difficulty with repayment, you can communicate with us directly so the situation can be addressed appropriately.
We require information that allows us to properly assess your application and verify your identity. This includes your personal details, employment and income information, BVN and NIN, as well as other information required during our verification and compliance process.
All information provided is reviewed as part of our assessment before a lending decision is made.
